Owner/Broker, David Childers started RIA to fill an industry void in assisting private investors throughout Middle Tennessee with the purchase and sale of multi-family properties. RIA’s success today is a result of David’s efforts to build credibility with clients through repeat results.
David goes beyond finding properties and writing contracts by sharing his expert knowledge with his clients so that they understand their investments and can feel 100% comfortable with all of their real estate decisions.
Kristina is the Operations Manager for RIA. Before joining the team in 2019, Kristina had over eight years’ experience managing day to day operations for a construction company. Kristina works as part of the RIA team to organize office procedures, control correspondence, review and approve business requisitions, market and maintain social media, as well as prepare and manage on and off-site events.
Born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, she now lives in Nashville with her 3 year old Belgian Malinois. In her off time, Kristina enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, cooking, kayaking and yoga.
Landon joined the RIA team in March of 2019. He is a graduate of Auburn University with degrees in Finance and Small Business Development. Recently making his way from Dallas, TX, Albert is a husband, a father, an artist, a sports fan, an outdoor enthusiast, and an inspiring investor. Most likely you find him diving into one of these areas in his free time.
